The FOOD!

We take pride in providing food that is not only delicious, but also prepared from the best quality ingredients. Whenever possible, our ingredients be will organic, local, and our meats products will be from organic, naturally raised, or free range animals. Even in the wildest locations, the moment you taste your first bite, you'll know you're not roughing it.

Breakfast may include buttermilk pancakes with fresh blueberries, or strawberries, bacon and eggs, piping hot scones, a steaming bowl of steel cut oats with raspberries, bananas or other fresh fruits of the season.

Before heading out to the crag, slip something scrumptious into your pack; lunch meats with gourmet cheeses and greens, almond butter and jam sandwiches, freshly steamed tamales, a thermos full of hot miso soup, and a choice of wholesome energy bars and yummy snacks. But don't forget to save room for dinner! While you're out climbing, our chef will be visiting local markets and farms insuring that each meal will be made from the finest quality of food available.

Stroll into camp in the evening, grab an ice-cold beverage and take in some sensational smells with the view. Garlic and herb crusted lamb with soft Parmesan polenta and porcini ragu. Thai green curry and Maine diver scallops. Whole roasted free-range chicken with herbs de provence and potatoes Dauphinoise. Grass-fed Angus beef hanger steaks served with celery root puree and wild mushrooms. Vegetarian? How about sweet potato goat cheese ravioli, barley risotto with eggplant served with an elegant vegetable soup?

Great wines, premium spirits and ice-cold beer are always available, as well as plenty of alcohol-free beverages. We are open to any suggestions you may have and of course we will do our best to accommodate any special dietary concerns you may have so please don’t be shy to make recommendations when you register for a camp.
